We are seeking applicants for the Care Service Employee role to join our growing team at Lake Haven Court. We have PPT and casual shifts available.
Key responsibilities;
- Providing personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting residents with mobility and transfers.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health and well-being.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
- Adhering to all policies and procedures of Alino Living.
- Participating in training and development opportunities as required.
Requirements;
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- A compassionate and caring nature.
