An exciting opportunity has become available for a recent graduate to work full time on a 2-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to develop an integrated cultural, skills, and digital transformation approach that will improve organisational transparency and productivity to fuel growth.
Employed and supported by an academic team from the University, you will be based at Laker Vent Engineering’s premises in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
Job Title: Operations Innovations Lead (KTP Associate)

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000

Qualifications we require:
An honours degree (or equivalent demonstrable experience) in Operations Management, Business Technology, or a related field. A second qualification in an engineering subject (e.g. Mechanical engineering, or similar) is highly desirable.

Experience/knowledge:
- Digital transformation strategies, information modelling and analysis, value stream mapping and improvement
- Cultural change and innovation models
- Digital solutions for the manufacturing industry, such as I4.0 technologies, software applications/industrial protocols and/or decision support systems
- Prior experience in manufacturing and operational environments
