We are seeking excellent HR administrators to join our rapidly growing Chinese Medicine Clinics.
Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Location: London, UK
Salary: £27,000 a year
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
– Administer and manage various HR programs and processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
– Maintain and update employee records.
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.- Provide comprehensive assistance to the director and manager.
Requirements:
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organisation.
– Ability to present information clearly and concisely to both individuals and groups.- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
– Possess a team spirit and willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues
– English proficiency with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
– Candidates with 2 or more years of office work experience are preferred
