We’re seeking a Hospitality & Events Operations Manager to lead and enhance our hospitality provision across all NTU campuses. You’ll oversee and direct operational and logistical activities whilst driving exceptional customer experiences in our award winning and sector leading department.

As the Hospitality & Events Operations Manager you’ll optimise resource utilisation, enhance service levels and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The role calls for an innovative individual with excellent organisation and planning skills, who can successfully manage and deliver a multitude of different experiences, from small private dinners to events for up to 1,000 people.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in managing a large team, with the ability to communicate across all levels. Also, demonstrable evidence of working within the Catering, Events or Hospitality sector in a complex, multisite organisation is preferential.
