The Impact Fulfilment Operations Coordinator supports WVA’s sponsorship funded programs and related supporter experience operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the WV Field Offices you are the conduit, escalation point and gatekeeper between information from the field to sponsors and visa-versa. A Child Protection focus, and Supporter Experience underpins all aspects of this work. You will monitor and manage risk around sponsorship operations compliance and quality assurance of sponsorship operations/programs through the provision of accurate and timely communication to supporters. Your role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.

In addition to this you will:
- Review selected WV Global Centre content and other field communications to ensure their alignment with WVA standards, messaging guidelines and donor promise.
- Ensure sponsorship administration processes are compliant with World Vision Sponsorship Standards
- Ensure targeted follow up and provision of timely and accurate responses to sponsor on sponsorship related queries.
- Communicate Field Office sponsorship information effectively and concisely to internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to child sensitive information.
- Provide proactive advice, input and operational support with respect to area programme operations when emergencies occur including information regarding the scope and impact of emergencies on sponsorship programs/projects.
Who we’re looking for
You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build productive working relationships, including across cultures.
Your skills and experience will include:
- Strong computer literacy skills; e.g. Word, Excel, Internet, Email, Sharepoint
- Ability to rapidly learn customised WVA and WVI systems – CRM (ECHO) systems, Master Data Services (MDS), Horizon, Rich Media Transfer
- Understanding of customer service imperatives.
- Creative problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
