We are looking for passionate and caring Registered Nurses to join our team in providing care for hospital discharges. The duties range from wound care to palliative care. Specifically, at the moment we are staffing a ventilation monitoring case at a client’s home.
You will be providing ventilation monitoring and tracheostomy care. Home support for personal care is already in place. The visits would be in 12-hour increments around the clock (24-hour case).
