Key responsibilities.
- In this post, you will deliver excellent and individualized clinical care to our patients and their families, and you will be fully supported to achieve this through our comprehensive educational strategy.
- Depending on your level of experience you will develop your competence and confidence through a program of supervised practice, critical care-specific competencies, and a series of development days specifically for band 5 staff.
- You will work within a Clinical Specialist team and contribute to activities and projects with the goal of professional and practice development.
- You must have an understanding of the current health agenda and national guidance that informs critical care practice.
- In this role, you will be expected to undertake an internal rotation of shifts and will be predominantly based at the Ipswich site with a requirement to work at the Colchester Critical Care unit if required.
