Key responsibilities;

• Provide professional and compassionate nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes.
• Demonstrate competency in catheter care when required.
• Deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centered care to clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.

Requirements;

• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
• Competency in catheter care (ideal, but not mandatory).
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a community and home care setting.
