Job Title: Residences Housekeeping House Attendant

BASIC PURPOSE:
A Residential Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for keeping all residential common areas clean, delivering packages, and providing a la carte housekeeping services when assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To check, clean and restock all residential area washrooms, residential lobby, mail room, coffee station, residential corridors and heart-of-house space (inclusive of office space etc.).
- Anticipates residents’ needs and takes ownership of concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure satisfaction.
- Offers a special personalized touch when an opportunity is presented Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment, chemicals, and machinery, reports defects and accidents to management immediately.
- Is competent in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures and trained in accident response Cleans and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- The ability to spot all furniture and keep it in its proper place Cleans all common areas including elevators/lifts, elevator/lift doors, windows, carpets as well as collect trash throughout the Residences, including removal from the communal trash rooms and 22nd floor depository.
- The ability to offer assistance to any resident in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Maintains all equipment and supplies and use them in a proper manner.
- Keeps Housekeeping storage areas tidy and correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use.
- Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order.
- To be responsible for reporting any malfunctioning equipment. Has a set number of Condos to clean during a shift.
- Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones (if available) or sends them to laundry (if applicable).
- Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Condo (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
- Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
- Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability and willingness to assist with residential or hotel cleaning duties as assigned by the Residential Leadership team. To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Education: High school education or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum one year hospitality or related work experience is preferred.
