  • We are currently recruiting for the position below;
  • Job Title: Immigration and LMIA case worker
  • Location: Surrey, BC
    Pay: $18–$22 an hour 
    Job Type: Apprenticeship, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op, Freelance
  • Job Description
  • Must be familiar with Canadian immigration law and regulations.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail and accuracy can troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and promptly
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English are mandatory for drafting submission letters and requests to the department as and when required.
  • Manage time efficiently in order to meet competing deadlines on multiple projects
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Communicate with authorities and the client consistently via email or telephone
  • Continuous learning to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Must know working on MS office ( Doc, Excel and other features)
  • Must know working on various IRCC portals

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Secondary School or Higher
  • Atleast 2 years of work experience in similar field
  • Fluent in English, CLB 8 or higher
  • Typing speed of 40 plus words per minute

A detailed interview and examination will be conducted before hiring

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Commission pay
