Chef sought for Italian Seafood restaurant at D’Albora Marina Nelson Bay

With 25 years of history in hospitality in Sydney and now Port Stephens we currently operate two restaurants in the area and one each in Sydney and Pokolbin.

This new venture overlooking the marina at Nelson Bay is a large undertaking bringing authentic Italian fare to the Bay.

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year

We have had awarded restaurants in Sydney within the “Little Italy” suburb of Leichhardt and Pyrmont, for many years catering to patrons from around Australia and overseas.

Our relationship with Senior staff is one we value as we recognise that it is only with their efforts that we can ensure success. We are highly experienced restauranteurs. All our offerings are made in house from only the best ingredients from Italian providores throughout Australia and Italy. We produce authentic Italian regional dishes with modern influences.

The person we seek is a hands on chef with at least 7 year’s experience with Seafood  and / or Italian cuisine either here or abroad. We are seeking an experienced chef to put his own stamp on the business and create an exciting menu for our patrons.

Reliability and commitment are key factors we value in our team for a long term relationship.
