Our Customer Service Delivery department is seeking a Customer Coordinator to join the team!

The Customer Coordinator will be accountable for the ownership of the customer experience regarding WesTrac service, repair and general service provision queries.

As the single point of contact between the customer and the WesTrac workshop, the Customer Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of the scope, scheduling, pricing and invoicing of the work required, whilst ensuring that the customer’s repair and service requirements are achieved.

Job Title: Customer Coordinator

Location: Perth Precinct (Reid Road, Perth Airport)

Roster: 5/2 10.5hrs Monday to Friday (Permanent Full-Time)

  • Requirement to work every third Saturday 5.5hrs

To be successful the following is required:

  • Trade background or demonstrated experience in similar industry is desirable.
  • Demonstrated highly developed customer service skills with an understanding as to the importance of effective Customer Management
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously

Relocation and Visa sponsorship assistance for candidates on the skilled occupation list may be available to candidates in Australia and Overseas, dependent on the role.
