Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Area of specialization: Conventional and inverted built-up system, Modified roofing system, Rigid pre-formed roofing system, Single ply sheet membrane roofing system
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
Physical Requirements:
The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
The candidates should be willing to for overtime
The candidates should be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
The candidates should be able to handle large workload
The candidates should be able to work in outdoors, in dangerous area, and at heights

Responsibilities:
The candidates should be able to apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
The candidates should be able to install, repair or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
The candidates should be able to install, repair or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
