Job Title: People Systems Specialist
Location: Guildford WA, Australia
As a People Systems Specialist, you’ll an architect of our evolving People Systems landscape. Reporting directly to the People Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in configuring, supporting, and enhancing our dynamic SuccessFactors platform. The role will be based at our South Guildford corporate office, providing support to our national team.
To be successful the following is required:
- Solid previous experience in a similar HR Systems Specialist or Systems Analyst capacity, coupled with strong business analysis and process modelling techniques.
- Sound knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferably SAP SuccessFactors, utilising modules such as Employee Central, LMS, Recruit, Onboarding and / or Performance & Goals.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage and partner with diverse teams to drive positive change.
- Partner with HR Leadership, business process owners, and fellow system administrators to configure, maintain, and optimise our dynamic environment supporting business processes.
- Own the development and continuous upkeep of communication materials, user procedures, guidelines, and manuals for seamless end-user training.
- Ability to work well autonomously and collaborate within a team environment.
