WesTrac is actively searching for a seasoned Data Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team. In this pivotal role with a national scope, the Operational Excellence Analyst will play a vital part in supporting and maintaining key WesTrac programs.
Primary responsibilities will revolve around meticulously analysing performance metrics, resulting in the delivery of actionable insights to relevant stakeholders across all tiers of the business.
The successful individual will have the ability to seamlessly align with WesTrac’s overarching business strategy, while also collaborating closely with individual departmental objectives outlined in their respective plans
Job Title: Operational Excellence Analyst
Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days
To be successful the following is required:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science or equivalent paired with post qualification experience; OR significant industry experience
- Previous experience utilising Power BI is essential
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform products
- Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
