Reporting to the Connectivity and Support Supervisor, the Digital Support Analyst will be responsible for providing connectivity support, maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, aligned with the WesTrac 5 Strategic Plan objective of Exceptional Customer Experiences.
This role supports the Cat Connect team in improving support process and efficiency to create a robust, repeatable customer experience across the digital support lifecycle which increases WesTrac’s revenue opportunities.
The Digital Support Analyst will be a key part of the Support team, ensuring objectives and key performance indicators are constantly achieved, with specific focus on connectivity, customer support, problem triage and facilitating product problem management.

Location: Perth Precinct (Perth Airport, WA)
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days
To be successful the following is required:
- Previous experience in a customer focused application support role
- Strict adherence to safe working practices, policies and procedures
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office; web-based applications)
- Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals in various work environments, both in person and remotely
- High level problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through required actions to resolution
- Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) with the ability to cultivate relationships at all levels
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly developed attention to detail when dealing with high volumes of data across multiple systems
- Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
- Knowledge and understanding of WesTrac / Caterpillar technology products (desirable)
