Job Objective:

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and therapeutic massage services to clients.
- Assess clients’ needs and create customized treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide detailed intake of patient health histories and current conditions.
- Prepare reports or notes as requested by insurance companies or patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs and progress.
- Document and chart patient progress using electronic charting and billing software.

Qualifications:
- Registration with the College of Massage Therapists of BC in good standing.
- Professional liability insurance.

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
- Willingness to embrace clinic values and culture.
- Ability to speak other languages is an advantage (e.g., Korean, Mandarin, and Cantonese).
