Reporting directly to the Executive Dean, School of Nursing and Midwifery, the Associate Dean will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth in the South-West. You will spearhead the evolution of our courses and research initiatives, harnessing innovation in research, teaching and learning to make a lasting impact.
This significant position will be at the heart of our senior management team, making your mark both nationally and within the industry. Your leadership will be crucial in steering industry consultation, enriching our student experience, and advocating for quality improvements.

Salary Range
The base salary for Professor (Level E) is $205,952 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation.
The base salary for Associate Professor (Level D) is $160,672 to $176,649 plus 17% employer superannuation.

Qualifications and Experience
The successful applicant will be registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (as a nurse or midwife). You will also be required to demonstrate personal attributes that align with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.
To be considered, you will have:
Completed a PhD.
Completed qualifications in education and/or can demonstrate educational experience within a tertiary or clinical setting.
A sustained track record of research related activities within a tertiary education or clinical setting.
Demonstrated a sound professional and academic track record in rural and/or regional nursing or midwifery.
