Salary: $24.72 to $25.46 hourly (to be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Night, Shift, Overtime
Work setting: Sheet metal fabrication shop, Metal products manufacturing company, and Heavy machinery manufacturing
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Physical Requirements:
The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically demanding
The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
The candidates should be able to handle large workload
Other Requirements:
The candidate should be dependable, flexible, reliable, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
The candidates should be able to operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from surfaces of metal products
The candidates should be able to assist structural steel and plate work fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers
The candidates should be able to sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials
The candidates should be able to grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools
The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
