About the Role
Due to our continual growth, we are seeking experienced Hydraulic Service Technicians to join our Adelaide branch. There is a mixture of Field Service and Workshop work where your main responsibilities will consist of:
- Perform work in the workshop and on-site including pump, motor and valve repairs and testing;
- Building / assembly of hydraulic power units;
- Onsite servicing of hydraulic systems;
- Installation and commissioning of systems incorporating high-end proportional and servo-controlled pumps and valves;
- Troubleshooting, fault-finding and diagnosis on a wide variety of hydraulic systems; and
- Provide guidance and training to apprentices and other trades staff as required.
About you
This is a great opportunity for a Hydraulics Specialist to join a successful ASX listed company that boasts a strong market presence and an impressive client base. To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A relevant trade qualification (Fitter and Turner, Diesel Fitter or Hydraulics Fitter);
- Significant experience in Hydraulics;
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics together with sound report writing capabilities;
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
