A well-established immigration consulting firm is looking for a self-inspired Receptionist and/or Immigration Case Processing Clerk to join our dynamic team in Markham, Ontario.
Job Title: Receptionist / Immigration Case Processing Clerk
Location: 3190 Steeles Avenue East, Markham, ON
Salary: From $35,000 a year
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Post-secondary education or relevant marketing experience;
- Some work experience in the Canadian immigration industry is preferred;
- Familiar with Canadian immigration policies, including ONPNP/EE/LMIA, etc.
- Able to handle cases and prepare applications independently;
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- IELTS writing 7.0 or above is preferred;
- Proven ability to seek and identify opportunities through research of immigration policy trends;
- Ability to use knowledge and creativity to resolve non-standard situations, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills:
- Pro-active in identifying issues and leading the implementation of solutions;
- Demonstrates ability to develop solutions to significantly improve existing methods and processes;
- Very strong team and service partner orientation;
- Proven ability to meet challenges, goals, and objectives with enthusiasm, drive, and initiative;
- Proven ability to develop effective partnerships, focus on common goals, and implement integrated solutions;
- Ability to plan at both a strategic and operational level;
- Committed to taking accountability and ownership of strategy and tactics. Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities.
- Mandarin or Cantonese ability is definitely needed
