Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SQL Developer. The SQL Developer will be responsible for Database Development, ETL, Database Design, Analytical Skills, and Data Modeling. They will analyze and interpret complex data sets to develop functional relational database systems that meet business requirements. They will be developing, testing, and maintaining database solutions designed to meet business requirements using SQL technologies. They are expected to work closely with the Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Project Manager to ensure successful data migration, integration, and analysis to support business needs and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record with SQL development and database management experience
  • Mastery of SQL, T-SQL, and advanced database optimization techniques
  • Exceptional expertise in SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS
  • Proficiency in ETL processes, data warehousing and Business Intelligence
  • Strong command of data modeling principles and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with leading cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving acumen and meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and collaborative teamwork skills
  • Experience working within the NHS (desirable)
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Microsoft SQL Server certification and Experience in the Healthcare industry are a plus.
